INDOOR CYCLING
Ultimate cardiovascular, strength and endurance group session using rhythm, music and lighting to set the pace. Each participant is in control of their own stationary bike, to gradually increase workload and intensity. From morning, noon, and evening, we have a class to suit your schedule and experience. All of our classes are programmed for individual needs and fitness levels
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with body movement, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
